At CMM Landscape Supply Corp., we are dedicated to offering our customers top-quality landscape supplies coupled with outstanding service. We recognize that circumstances can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs with flexibility. This Refund Policy details the conditions under which refunds are issued.
1. Order Cancellation Prior to Delivery:
Customers who cancel their order before delivery are entitled to a full refund.
To cancel an order, customers must contact CMM Landscape Supply Corp. at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.
Cancellations can be made by phone at 631-250-1135.
2.Refusal of Delivered Product:
If a customer chooses not to accept a delivery upon inspection, prior to off loading at time of arrival, the customer will be charged for the delivery cost.
The cost of the materials in the order will be refunded.
Refusal of delivery should be communicated directly to the delivery personnel at the time of arrival.
3.Delivered or Picked-Up Orders:
Once a product has been delivered or picked up by the customer, all sales are final.
We do not provide refunds or exchanges for products that have been delivered or picked up.
4. Delivery Costs:
Delivery charges are non-refundable once the delivery process has commenced.
If an order is canceled in line with our cancellation policy (24 hours prior to delivery time) any prepaid delivery costs will be refunded.
5. Processing Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Modifications to Refund Policy:
CMM Landscape Supply Corp. reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on our website.
